Our Management Team

Charles J Collins, CFM
President/CEO and Owner of Prospect Building Services Corp. since 2004, has been involved in the facility services business for twenty five years. At PBSC, Charles is expanding the services offered, introducing new programs and management tools and developing a broader offering for our clients. Prior to joining PBSC he founded Optimum Performance Group (www.opgnet.com) and held executive management positions with Marriott Management Services, Siemens Building Systems and William A Berry and Son.

Stephen J. Miller
Chief Financial Officer and Owner of Prospect Building Services Corp., was the COO at Prospect Cleaning Company prior to the formation PBSC in 1995. He has been the guiding force in expanding the Company's purchasing power while controlling overhead costs.

Dinis Gomes
Vice President, Dinis has been with Prospect for over 17 years. He also advanced from the field as a supervisor to take the senior operations  role in the company. Dinis is the backbone of the company’s cleaning & maintenance division. His attention to detail and drive to deliver the best level of service has proven a great model for maintaining high customer satisfaction rates and client retention.

Tim Monaghan
Director of Marketing & Sales, Tim has been in the facility and product services area of business for over 25 years. In addition to delivering significant sales gains in facility related product sales, he was awarded the 1999 Account Executive of the Year Professional Products Division ECOBLAB Inc. Additionally, he served as Vice President of U.S. Operations for an international company. In this position, he had total responsibility for sales, operations, training, payroll and setting the operations/sales strategy for the U.S. Division.
